The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis . This is a zero-hour contracted role , ideal for providers looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high-quality outpatient care. You will manage a variety of health-related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

You will work onsite at our clinic at our CenterWell Grand Prairie location reporting to our Associate Medical Director.
Your Role & Responsibilities

You will provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards.

You will collaborate daily with your care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records.
What We're Looking For
Required:

You will have a Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.

You will hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.

Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and Medicaid and Medicare numbers

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$149,800 - $206,100 per year
