Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Perform allduties asassigned by supervision.

• Pass “Joey” PIV operator training

• Use “Joey” PIV truck tolocate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets.

• FollowassemblySOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.

• Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling.

• Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1+yearof manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushingweight.

• Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
