DEPARTMENT : Portsmouth Corps

REPORTS TO: Commanding Officer

SUPERVISES: Volunteers

STATUS: Non-Exempt

SCHEDULE: Full-Time up to 40 hours per week

FUNCTION: Provides coordination of all front desk activities. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Provides assistance to the Emergency Assistance Provider

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Hands on experience with office machines and equipment

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including publisher

  • Knowledge of social media and website publishing

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Punctual

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

  • Able to multi-task

  • Professional appearance

  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
