This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. ::: ::: ::: section ::: {tabindex="0"} Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain key and lock records - Receive and process key requests - Issue and receive keys - Answer phones and assist customers - Maintain key box records and access - Complete workflows when employees terminate - Back up University Locksmith as needed - Assist in Warehouse as needed - Assist with counting inventory for year-end audit - Other duties as assigned ::: ::: ::: section ::: {tabindex="0"} Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, general computer skills, FAMIS experience a plus, or the ability to learn computer programs as needed\ \ Ability to communicate with a diverse customer base, good customer service skills, and have the ability to work with a diverse team ::: ::: ::: section ::: {tabindex="0"} General Days/Hours: Monday - Friday\ 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.\ Additional hours as requested and/or needed\ Regular and reliable attendance ::: ::: ::: section ::: {tabindex="0"} Other: Please note: all position postings close at 12:00 A.M.
