Job Title : Wawa Supply Chain Internship Program (Summer 2027)

Duration : Full Time, May 17, 2027 – August 05, 2027

Location : Media, PA (Onsite 4 days per week)

Wawa Internship Program Overview

The Wawa Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a collaborative corporate environment, where they work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects, and build skills that support their academic and professional growth. Throughout the summer, interns participate in professional development and networking opportunities with fellow interns and company leaders. The program culminates in a capstone presentation, where interns showcase key projects, accomplishments, and the impact of their contributions.

We are currently seeking three interns to join our Supply Chain team for Summer 2027.

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Wawa's supply chain and store operations. Depending on business needs and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Support supply chain and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations that help ensure product availability across the store network.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to support business initiatives and solve operational challenges.

  • Analyze inventory, service, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Support reporting, inventory management, vendor performance tracking, and issue resolution activities.

  • Assist with projects related to new store openings, remodels, and operational productivity improvements.

  • Conduct store observations and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.

  • Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Previous internship, project, or leadership experience related to supply chain is preferred.
