Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Regulatory Records Management/Information Lifecycle management in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). W2

Contract Duration: 12 Months with possible fulltime conversion W2 only

Required Skills & Experience

  • prioritize mix of regulatory record / recordkeeping expertise trade lifecycle, technology and data and records experience

  • role will help drive initiatives to ensure compliance with records and regulatory records recordkeeping requirements

  • strong collaboration, business facing, ability to effect and implement change

  • Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Led records governance programs

  • Performed records classification exercises

  • Applied retention schedules and recordkeeping requirements

  • Candidates must be comfortable working with:

  • Structured data applications

  • Technology-enabled recordkeeping environments

  • Data repositories

  • Migration initiatives

  • Work directly with business partners

  • Facilitate discussions

  • Drive outcomes across stakeholder groups

  • This is not a pure records role. Technology and data understanding are required.

What You Will Be Doing

  • This is a specialized Regulatory Records Management / Information Lifecycle Management assignment within a banking and financial services environment.

  • The contractor will help drive initiatives that ensure compliance with records retention and regulatory recordkeeping requirements while partnering across business, technology, data, and governance teams.

  • Key Deliverables

  • Drive regulatory records and recordkeeping initiatives. Support compliance with records retention and regulatory recordkeeping obligations.

  • Perform records identification and classification activities.

  • Manage data remediation workstreams.

  • Coordinate movement of data and records into retention repositories.

  • Support technology migration initiatives through records governance and classification activities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to implement change.

  • Manage projects and workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
