This position is located in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA and will require regular travel throughout the state of Georgia.

Job Description (General Summary):
Under general supervision, the Compliance Monitor 1 investigates allegations of fraud and abuse within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), and Child Care programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of EBT data to assist investigators in EBT trafficking investigations on the local, state, and federal law enforcement level.
- Provide customer service and assist investigative staff during court sessions and Administrative Disqualifications hearings.
- Conduct reviews of final dispositioned claims and unlocatable cases.
- Review and upload mass claim files into Gateway in addition to a wide variety of administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience performing office work, conducting research, or reviewing policy.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or all the following skills/experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to enter a high volume of data effectively and accurately on a regular basis using standard office technology.
- Demonstrated skill in preparing and presenting case reports and testimony in the judicial system concerning public assistance programs and/or employee fraud.
