Commercial Restaurant Equipment Greater Boston Territory Based in Concord, MA $40,000 Base Salary + High Commission | Uncapped Earnings About Atlas Restaurant Equipment Atlas Restaurant Equipment LLC is a growing commercial restaurant equipment company serving clients throughout New England. We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a culinary background and leadership experience to help grow our business and support our expanding sales team. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role. The ideal candidate will actively develop new business, build customer relationships, and close sales while also providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a small sales team. This is not an office management position. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, and leading by example. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or other culinary leadership role strongly preferred Leadership or team-building experience required Passion for sales and relationship building Comfortable working in an outside/territory sales environment Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Strong communication and closing skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills Experience in commercial restaurant equipment sales is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new restaurant and commercial kitchen accounts Conduct on-site visits and equipment consultations Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales Grow and manage a strong sales pipeline Build long-term relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators Serve as a mentor and leader for a small sales team of 2?3 representatives Lead by example through active selling and customer engagement Help develop sales strategies a Required Amount of Experience: 5 years Required Skills: Previous experience as a Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or other culinary leadership role strongly preferred Leadership or team-building experience required Passion for sales and relationship building Comfortable working in an outside/territory sales environment Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Strong communication and closing skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills Experience in commercial restaurant equipment sales is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus Is U.S. Citizenship Required?
