PreMatch Technician - Manufacturing | Pittsfield, MA Full-Time | Immediate Opening | Excellent Benefits Our Pittsfield client is seeking a PreMatch Technician to join their manufacturing team. This role is key in ensuring color consistency, quality, and efficiency in the production process. What You'll Do - Prepare and match inks to production orders for consistency - Perform in-process color checks and mid-run ink adjustments - Verify ink weights and contents to meet quality standards - Document processes and maintain accurate production records - Approve batches for printing operations - Enter ink formulations into computer systems - Communicate essential information to the next shift - Support smooth production flow with safe and efficient work practices What We're Looking For - Positive attitude and dependable attendance - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good communication skills and teamwork mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting - Able to lift 40+ lbs and obtain forklift certification - Accurate color vision (for precise matching) - Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills required - Vocational training in machine shop operations preferred - Prior manufacturing or related experience a plus MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
