  • Provide oversight of regular platform operations, including releases, upgrades, performance, incidents, integrations, technical debt, regression testing, and operational health.

  • Lead technical/sprint execution forums, driving priorities, dependencies, decisions, issue resolution, ownership, and timely closure of actions.

  • Lead resolution of complex cross-platform issues, driving root-cause analysis across CLM, APIs, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, security, and vendor components.

  • Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, technical guardrails, and governance to improve quality, scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.

  • Own strategic vendor coordination, challenging designs and estimates where appropriate and driving accountability for delivery, quality, support, and contractual commitments.

  • Drive highly time-sensitive and cost-sensitive initiatives, proactively managing scope, dependencies, resources, risks, schedules, and financial impacts.

  • Support leadership and executive reviews with concise updates on progress, architecture decisions, risks, financials, dependencies, trade-offs, and required decisions.

  • Evaluate emerging CLM, agreement intelligence, GenAI/ML, and automation capabilities based on business value, architectural fit, security, scalability, cost, and operational sustainability.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape, improve reuse and automation, reduce technical debt, and optimize platform and vendor costs.

  • Mentor Technical Leads/Specialists and delivery teams while strengthening internal capability and reducing unnecessary dependency on external vendors.

  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for the health, technical integrity, scalability, and evolution of the CLM ecosystem.
