LPN 7PM-7AM Needed ### Job Description **Job Title: LVN/LPN 12-hour shifts ***Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first. *Requirements: - LPN/LVN license required. Responsibilities: - Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON. - Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders. - Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
