JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company Overview: Snider Mold Company is an ISO-9001 certified company that fully understands that quality is the core of our business. Our core business works with compression SMC molds, thermo form sheet molds, trim dies, and unique injection molds. We are diversified into various industries including automotive, agriculture, leisure sports, and marine. We target medium to large mold sizes and specialize in styled body panel parts. We have a unique culture with a wide variety of projects and opportunities to take on. Tool Makers with experience and a background in the Tool and Die industry would be ideal candidates. Core Job Duties Disassemble and assemble simple molds Fit shears and parting lines Work with senior-level employees to complete complex projects Saw, mill, and grind inserts to size Drill, tap and counterbore holes Round off insert corners Fit and/or ream ejector pin holes to fit pins Measure and record plate thickness Calculate ejector and pin return lengths and grind to length Make and mount simple electrodes This is a full-time position with Snider Mold Company. We offer competitive compensation, a great insurance and benefits package, 401k plan with company match (up to 3%), and a clean, professional workplace. Health insurance ranges from $25-$60 a week depending on plan type. Snider Mold Company also offers vacation, holiday, and sick pay.
