Temp to Hire

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing on field-returned parts to determine operational condition.

• Test compromised field returns, warranty returns, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) parts.

• Repair, test, and clean parts designated for refurbishment.

• Retrieve software, technical information, and other required documentation from company databases.

• Move received materials to the appropriate designated departments or work areas.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to support daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions and established procedures.

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate databases and retrieve information.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, as required for the position.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to remain productive with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new processes, testing procedures, and repair techniques.
