About Onescreen
Onescreen is the modern platform for out-of-home advertising, making it easier for brands and agencies to plan, activate, and measure campaigns that reach their audience in the real world, across thousands of media providers and formats. We move fast, operate lean, and hold ourselves to a high standard on every campaign we run.
About the role Product Managers at Onescreen work with cross-functional teams to build category-leading product solutions, from idea to product-market fit. You'll be expected to set direction, sequence your bets, and own the outcomes of what you bring to market. This is a role for a hands-on builder with an owner's mindset. You’ll develop a clear point-of-view on the product strategy, informed by a deep understanding of your end-users and the unmet needs in the market. You'll be driving research and discovery, rapid prototyping, collaborating on strategic partnerships, and ensuring we build solutions that are both valuable and viable. You’ll challenge assumptions and have opportunity to structurally rethink how marketers plan, activate, and measure out-of-home media campaigns. We are hiring Product Managers at multiple levels, with compensation ranges scaled to match your experience, expertise, and the scope of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your area, from discovery and rapid prototyping through launch and continuous iteration.
- Build best-in-class OOH media planning and activation solutions that are undeniably valuable to our customers and commercially viable for Onescreen.
- Partner directly with brands and agencies to identify unmet needs, and champion the end-users’ voice in every decision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards your shared objectives, providing clear and consistent communication across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Design capabilities as systems that extend across each of our products surfaces, including web UI, MCP, API and enterprise integrations..
- Define and track core product and platform metrics, alongside customer feedback, to identify opportunities, set priorities, and report outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B vertical SaaS, marketplace, or AI/ML products.
- Deep customer focus, curiosity, and empathy. You truly understand your users, and are able to separate signal from noise.
- Owner’s mindset, and comfort operating with ambiguity. You can define a problem, decide with incomplete information, and adjust as you learn.
- Strong business judgment and acumen, and a track record of aligning operations, marketing, and commercial leaders to achieve a shared objective.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing technical design choices and tradeoffs with full-stack and AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Exceptional product taste and instincts for what makes an experience delightful and trustworthy.
Nice to have
- Founder or early-stage startup experience, or demonstrated success bringing 0-to-1 products to market.
- Experience in multi-sided marketplaces or inventory-driven products.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
- Experience building in adtech or related domain, and familiarity with programmatic, retail media, or omnichannel marketing platforms is a plus.
