Meet the Team

The AI Activation team sits within the Cisco Operations Communications & Engagements organization. We bridge key partners across Cisco to align enterprise-wide communications, learning, and experiences with the AI roadmap to accelerate adoption and drive meaningful integration of AI into daily work.

Your Impact

You will partner with enterprise AI product and UX teams, Learning & Development, global communications, and business units to align efforts.

We are seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical, engaging experiences. You will design repeatable activation programs, events, toolkits, workshops, and self-service resources that enable business units and people leaders to drive adoption. You will partner with enterprise learning teams to align enablement initiatives with technology capabilities and employee needs, including targeted learning tracks and hands-on experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategic communications, enterprise program management, or organizational transformation.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, employee-facing programs.
  • Proven track record of independently developing and executing cross-functional programs at an enterprise scale, demonstrating cross-functional team leadership and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience within a large, complex organization.
  • Experience driving AI adoption or leading large-scale digital transformation efforts.
  • Demonstrated success in building repeatable and scalable activation models, such as train-the-trainer frameworks or self-service toolkits.
  • Proven ability to measure program success by analyzing employee adoption data and behavioral changes rather than relying solely on participation metrics. •
