A solution-oriented mindset: when issues arise, be able to roll up your sleeves and tackle them with a 'get it done' attitude. Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills. The ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders. The ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling competing priorities across multiple projects at once. Willingness to travel (when appropriate).
