  • Configure, develop, and maintain DITA elements, specializations, schemas, publishing rules, and content validation processes.

  • Partner with engineering, product management, and technical subject matter experts to analyze product architectures and define information structures that accurately represent product functionality, configuration, installation, and service requirements.

  • Develop content models that support complex product ecosystems, component relationships, compatibility data, and cross-product information reuse.

  • Establish content governance processes that improve quality, consistency, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management.

  • Support migration of legacy documentation into structured content environments and reusable component-based architectures.

  • Develop strategies that enable AI-compatible content consumption, retrieval, semantic search, chatbots, and automated content experiences.

  • Provide technical guidance and coaching on structured authoring, information architecture, and DITA best practices.

  • Evaluate and recommend content management technologies, publishing solutions, and automation opportunities.

  • Drive global content scalability through structured authoring practices that enable seamless localization, regional adaptation, and multi-channel content delivery.

  • Maintain a global content library of reusable elements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in technical documentation, information architecture, content strategy, or structured authoring environments.

  • Hands-on experience with DITA XML, structured authoring methodologies, and component-based content development.

  • Experience with content management systems, publishing workflows, and multi-channel content delivery.

  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, content modeling, and information architecture principles.

WE VALUE

  • Knowledge of AI-ready content strategies, semantic content models, and knowledge management practices.

  • Experience in technical documentation, customer support, field service, and performance support ecosystems.

  • Experience supporting global content operations and localization programs.

  • Ability to influence content strategy across a matrixed global organization.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Enjoy creative freedom to design the content architecture that powers AI-ready customer experiences.

  • Drive enterprise impact by partnering across functions to deliver content that supports AI, SEO, usability, localization, multimedia, and omnichannel publishing.

  • Work alongside an experienced team of structured content writers committed to innovation, content excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
