A Brief Overview The Quality Engineer supports the assessment, improvement, and compliance of quality systems to ensure that Voyant Beauty products meet both internal and customer requirements. This position partners closely with Manufacturing, Compounding, Laboratory, and Production teams to evaluate process capability, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Engineer applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve process control, minimize defects, and enhance efficiency. Acting as both a subject matter expert and change agent, this role promotes a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the site. What you will do Assess and improve quality systems using analytical and statistical methods to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
