Full job description
About Us We’re building the next generation of the TV operating system, reimagining the experience at the intersection of television, streaming, and how people discover and search.
The Role We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Visual Designer with exceptional taste, strong technical skills, and a point of view. This is a hybrid role spanning brand, product, motion, and marketing. You’ll help build on top of our visual identity while bringing ideas to life across product experiences, campaigns, prototypes, presentations, and launch materials. You should be as comfortable thinking about the big picture as you are getting deep into the details. One day, you might establish the visual direction for a campaign; the next, you might animate a product concept, refine elements of our design system, or turn an ambitious idea into a compelling deck. You’ll report to our Head of Design and collaborate closely with the founder, engineers, and marketing team. Beyond making excellent work, you’ll help define what great design looks like and contribute to a culture where design is central to how we build.
What You’ll Do
-
Help evolve our brand identity, visual language, and design systems
-
Produce motion graphics and animation for both product and marketing experiences
-
Develop concepts and visual directions for campaigns, product launches, and key company moments
-
Explore new creative tools and workflows, including AI, while maintaining a high standard of original craft
-
Design polished marketing materials across digital, social, presentations, and other brand touchpoints
-
Develop reusable systems, templates, and components that help the team move quickly without lowering the bar
-
Take projects from early concept through final execution, balancing speed, experimentation, and attention to detail
-
Help shape our emerging design culture, standards, and creative point of view
You
-
5+ years of experience as a designer.
-
Have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, original thinking, and strong execution across multiple mediums
-
Have experience at an agency, technology company, or similarly fast-moving creative environment
-
Have worked on brand identities, product experiences, or design systems
-
Have a strong command of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling
-
Are highly skilled in motion design and animation, with the ability to communicate ideas, explain product behavior, and create delight through movement
-
Are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Can move fluidly between strategy, concept development, prototyping, and polished production
-
Have strong instincts but welcome collaboration, feedback, and better ideas
-
Are self-directed and comfortable making progress when the path is not fully defined
Nice to Have
-
Have experience with Blender or another 3D design tool
-
Have developed a brand or design system from an early stage
-
Have experience creating expressive product animations and interactive prototypes
-
Are also a talented illustrator
-
Enjoy experimenting across new formats, mediums, and creative technologies
-
Can comfortably wear several creative hats while maintaining a consistently high level of craft
