  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, roadmaps, technical execution, and delivery priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product launches and releases translate into successful go-to-market execution and measurable customer value.
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities across the product organization through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead organizational change associated with new processes, tools, and operating models, ensuring teams understand the rationale and are effectively supported through transitions.
  • Make and communicate prioritization and investment decisions using data, market intelligence, customer feedback, and cross-functional perspectives.
  • Promote transparency around trade-offs, risks, performance, and portfolio priorities while maintaining alignment across executive and functional leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, including significant experience building and leading product management organizations at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions within SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio, ideally with exposure to markets such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and/or Australia.
  • Proven ability to establish and scale product management processes, methodologies, tooling, operating models, and organizational infrastructure.
  • Strong portfolio-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate an overarching business vision into coherent product strategies and investment priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, market signals, product data, and operational metrics to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex trade-offs clearly.
  • Proven experience developing product leaders and building high-performing, collaborative teams across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Strong change-management capabilities and experience guiding organizations through evolving processes, tools, structures, and operating models.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to connect product strategy with execution and commercial outcomes.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Mindfulness, fitness, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Professional development opportunities and exposure to diverse teams, expertise, and projects.
  • Opportunities for career growth, internal mobility, and leadership development.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership, with an environment that encourages creative and independent thinking.
