Mechanical Engineering Manager

The responsibilities of the Engineering Manager will encompass comprehensive project execution at existing customer sites, including promoting safety, achieving KPIs for quality, delivery, and cost, and managing project risks. You will also be accountable for financial project oversight, managing team budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation. A core aspect of this role is people leadership: leading by example, mentoring, fostering talent development through coaching and training, and maintaining strong team communication. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives with a goal of enhancing productivity and quality. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $113,600.00 - $170,400.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
