Full job description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to join our North America Foodservice team as a Contract Office Manager support resource focused on category management activities. This position plays an important part in relay season by helping prepare planning materials, organize backend data, and produce modular layouts that align with customer expectations. The role is best suited for someone who communicates clearly, manages priorities well, and stays effective in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:

Create and revise modular layouts that support relay initiatives and meet customer merchandising standards.

Prepare, organize, and validate backend data used in space planning and category management deliverables.

Partner with internal teams to coordinate project activities, timelines, and updates throughout relay season.

Use Excel and PowerPoint to build reports, summaries, and presentation materials that support planning decisions.

Apply space planning tools such as Blue Yonder or comparable platforms to develop accurate category solutions.

Monitor multiple workstreams at once, adjusting priorities as business needs shift and deadlines change.

Identify issues in data, layouts, or processes and recommend practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Contribute to modular drawing work across planning systems, including similar tools used for advisory and supplier collaboration. Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder, JDA Space Planning, or related space planning software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Proven ability to manage time well, stay organized, and handle competing priorities.

Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.

Ability to adapt quickly in an environment with changing priorities and evolving project needs.

Previous category management experience is preferred, especially within an advisory team setting.
