  • Support profitable growth by ensuring staff levels, loading, and assignments meet project requirements and billable targets.

  • Coordinate workload for the team and communicate staffing needs to business line leads and managing directors.

  • Lead and support project QA/QC efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with company and safety policies.

Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Implement and support firm-wide programs and initiatives; lead your team through organizational change.

  • Promote collaboration across business lines, departments, and regions to support integrated client solutions and project delivery excellence.

  • Achieve stated financial targets and performance standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers, managing directors, and proposal teams to support business development and secure new work for the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or other related field and 5 years of related experience required.

  • Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.

  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
