Role and Responsibilities

Each term the student will be assigned three or more developmental projects appropriate to their current education attainment.
-
The student will work with staff engineers to provide technical support for day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities related to their development projects.

The student will participate in problem solving and process improvement teams.
-
The student will lead the execution of improvement projects including writing management of change, updating associated documentation, training employees, and developing digital applications.
HS&E Responsibilities:

Follow safety rules and conform to PPE requirements.

Always perform your job in a sound HS&E manner to protect yourself and those around you.

Risk assessment is a mind set, where you are always assessing hazards and thinking about means to avoid those hazards. Take a proactive approach to maintain excellence in all your assignments.

Utilize management of change for applicable situations.
Experience and Skills
-
In pursuit of of Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Polymer science, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science

Hands on lab experience
-
Interest in laboratory work
-
Proactivity, multitasking and open-mindedness
-
Data processing (such as Excel, Google Sheets)
-
Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing in English
