Project Manager - Retrofit Construction - New Albany, OH

Job Description

One of the Nations leading hyperscalers is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for end to end management of a portfolio of retrofit construction projects.

This is a fast-paced environment that will require excellent time management, stakeholder communication, vendor management and a strong understanding of construction projects. There are multiple sites under various stages of construction and this will be a 3 year+ commitment. This is a 5x/week onsite role in the New Albany, OH area.

Compensation: $60hr to $70/hr + Overtime

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

10+ Years in Project/Program Management 7+ Years of experience with enterprise PPM Tools (eBuilder strongly preferred) Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects (General Contractors, Fiber/Cable Suppliers, Power Companies, Municipalities/Local Government, Etc) Experience with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Projects Experience in Data Center Construction Experience with P6 Cost/Resource Loaded Scheduling Experience in Data Center Design & Engineering
