Job Descriptions:

Required Experience:

  • 5+ Space Operations Experience

  • 5+ years working manpower/personnel resourcing for the DoD preferred.

  • 3+ years previous recruiting experience.

  • B.S. desired.

  • Previous work with Special Access Programs and experience working "Green Door" assignments.

  • Familiarity with unit manning authoritative sources (STARS, RAW, UMD, AMS, Envision).

  • Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applications.

  • Advanced Communication Skills (verbal and written)

  • Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $110,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirement.
