Job Summary and Qualifications
“I had a patient around 4 years old who was really sick. I started an IV on her, and she was a little upset with me – every time I walked into the room, she would see me as the ‘needle poker guy’ and would cry. But then as we got her feeling better and she was getting ready to leave, she said “I just love that guy.” At first, delivering care like that can be challenging, but in the end, we make people feel better.”
