- Build and lead the account-based marketing program on our target account list, in close partnership with Sales leadership and the SDR team.
- Shape an event-led growth strategy around AWS re:Invent, AWS field events, FinOps conferences and executive dinners, with clear accountability for the meetings and pipeline each event produces.

- Build the marketing operations foundation in HubSpot, including attribution, lead scoring, routing and board-level pipeline reporting.

Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5+ years leading global demand generation teams that sell to technical enterprise buyers in areas such as cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security or data.
- A proven track record of building marketing-sourced pipeline that converts into enterprise deals, ideally helping a company scale from early stage through Series B or beyond.
- Experience hiring and leading high-performing marketing teams, with deep expertise in account-based marketing and event-led growth.
- Strong command of HubSpot and marketing analytics, and the credibility to present pipeline performance to executives and the board.
- AWS partner marketing or AWS Marketplace experience is a strong advantage.

- An early adopter of AI tools for research, content and campaign execution.
