EVS Specialist - Multiple Shifts

Perform specified routine and on demand cleaning in and around hospital departments, patient care units and ancillary areas. Perform minor repairs, moves, transport of soiled equipment and work in compliance with all safety and other regulations while delivering excellent services to assigned units. All Environmental Services Staff and Leadership are expected and required to adhere to all aspects of the organizations values and Service Standards. Experience: Proven ability to perform duties and tasks in accordance with established standards. Education and Training: - The ability to read and write English, and to communicate effectively. - The ability to use communication devices such as telephones, pagers, etc. License, Certification & Registration: - CRISISINT- Crisis intervention training is required for staff assigned to behavioral health units and the emergency department. Other Requirements: - Ability to follow instructions. Ability to perform repetitive duties. - Willingness to complete assignments with a hight level of quality and consideration of patiens, staff and visitors. - Ability to receive criticism professionally. Schedule: - Variable Days - Rotating weekends and holidays - Evening and Night Shifts also available The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
