Manager-Global Make to Deliver Engineering & Maintenance Product Owner (MTD)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Manager - Global Make to Deliver Engineering & Maintenance Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Apply manufacturing and plant knowledge to define operational functionality and value
- Lead the manufacturing process capability of Engineering and Maintenance systems at 3M
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to align global capability with plant operating changes
- Evaluate design and operational issues related to Engineering and Maintenance applications; assist in resolution
- Lead gap solutioning and alternative problem solving
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT professionals, Thrive in a truly global environment with distributed geography, language, culture
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of Enterprise Operations and/or Business Group manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Three (3) years of systems experience with IT, OT, or business process
- Three (3) years of experience leading projects in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Self-directed in identifying and assimilating unique job knowledge and resources
- Experience coaching and mentoring employees
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
- Able to lead, influence, and inspire others
Work location:
- Maplewood, MN
- This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
Travel: May include up to 10% Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
