3RD SHIFT MAINTANCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift. In this vital role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across our manufacturing environment. Regular attendance is essential to this position. DUTIES -Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components. -Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues using technical manuals and analytical skills. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities -Conduct repairs involving welding - Assist with tasks, including working with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment to access hard-to-reach areas. -Support safety protocols by inspecting for hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and participating in safety meetings -Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime. SKILLS -Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices -Skilled in hydraulics, welding, electrical work (low voltage and high voltage), and mechanical repairs -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical drawings accurately -Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues efficiently -Experience operating scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely -Excellent communication skills in English to document and work clearly and collaborate effectively with team members -Background in industrial mechanics is highly desirable for this position.
