2nd Shift Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group - Oshkosh is hiring a 2nd Shift Lead at a custom pipe fabrication company in Omro, WI!! Join this growing team at a well-established company! This position is contract-to-hire! Job Description: Hands-on leadership role responsible for leading a fabrication team on 2ndshift to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. There will be approximately 8-10 employees on this shift. Job duties include coordinating daily tasks to meet production schedules, acting as a point of contact for team members, resolving issues effectively, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety procedures, and assisting in cross-training efforts. Wage: $21/hr Shift: 2nd 2:30pm to 1am Monday thru Thursday Training:Will need to train on 1st shift for approximately 1 month. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: At least 2 years of proven leadership (Lead or Supervisor) in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a fabrication environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate across all levels. High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability. Willingness to be cross-trained and help in various departments. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and move about the production area throughout the shift. Lifting 25 to 30 lbs. consistently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
