REQUIRED SKILLS * 1 year minimum sales or customer service experience in any field * Enjoy working one on one with customers * Detail oriented * Self motivated * Dependable * Basic computer/keyboard skills * Telephone skills * Great communication skills * Ability to multi-task * Sharp fine motor skills to be able to work with small parts * Ability to learn fast and retain information * Be able to work in a fast paced retail environment JOB DETAILS We are going to provide on the job training that will enable you to do the following: * Assist customers in all aspects of eyewear selection * Support our customers by answering their phone calls * Place customer orders in to the point of sale system * Help customer understand vision insurance benefits * Maintain, adjust and dispense eyewear to the customer * Continually learn and grow so that you may best serve the customer * Perform basic daily chores that keep our office looking clean, organized and professional * Promote the highest level of customer service to our valued customers There are many facets to this job.
