Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

Summary:

Support pharmacy operations in a high-volume fulfillment center by processing prescriptions, entering patient data, resolving insurance claims, and ensuring accurate medication counting, labeling, packaging, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process prescriptions and refill requests accurately.

• Enter and maintain patient and prescription data.

• Resolve insurance claim rejections and data discrepancies.

• Handle patient and physician calls professionally.

• Operate automated pharmacy fulfillment equipment.

• Count, label, package, and ship medications.

• Support inventory management and quality control.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Illinois Pharmacy Technician license/registration (or eligibility).

• Pharmacy, healthcare, or fulfillment experience preferred.

• Strong data entry and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills and 25+ WPM typing speed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation to Bolingbrook, IL.

Full-time, onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | Bolingbrook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
