Scrum Master - Hybrid

Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role combines Agile delivery leadership with project management responsibilities, including driving work forward, removing impediments, and keeping teams aligned on delivery priorities. The ideal candidate brings managed care experience and strong hands-on JIRA skills, including the ability to coach others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery

• Drive work to completion, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines

• Use JIRA to organize and track work, maintain delivery visibility, and identify blockers

• Coach team members and other colleagues on effective JIRA use and Agile practices

• Provide project coordination and stakeholder communication alongside Scrum Master responsibilities

Primary Requirements:

• Experience as a Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills

• Ability to perform project management responsibilities and proactively drive execution

• Strong hands-on JIRA experience and the ability to coach others

• Managed care experience

• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of medical management operations

• Utilization Management (UM) or Case Management (CM) domain knowledge
