Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice. Education And CredentialsGraduate of an accredited LPN program required. Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse LP, or Licensed Practical Nurse LPP upon hire required. Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire required.
