Job Requirements

Every attraction, hotel and facility at Disney’s Parks and Resorts needs ongoing investment to remain operational and show-ready for our Guests and Cast. The Global IFP team is responsible for maintaining the integrity and worldwide consistency of that reinvestment program, known as the Integrated Facilities Plan (IFP).

The Database Analyst turns IFP data from Disney Parks sites around the globe into insights and trends and builds the reports and dashboards that bring that picture to partners worldwide. It’s an impactful role where the numbers you pull and the stories they tell play a role in shaping how investment dollars get spent on the destinations Guests love.

Global IFP is a part of Global Engineering & Technology (GE&T) within the Worldwide Safety, Health, Engineering and Sourcing (WHSES) organization.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform detailed analyses using sound statistical techniques

  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards combining data from multiple sources

  • Translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights

  • Analyze trends, patterns and irregularities in key metrics

  • Effectively communicate results, tailoring the message for technical and non-technical audiences alike.

  • Develop and produce presentations suitable for an executive audience

  • Proactively engage with teammates, partners and leaders — speaking up with ideas, questions and perspective rather than waiting to be asked

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on data analyst or related experience

  • Demonstrated experience using Power BI to transform data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and visual insights

  • Experience building clear, visually compelling presentations

  • Proactive mindset

  • Natural curiosity and strong investigative skills

  • Proven ability to identify trends, test assumptions, and draw sound conclusions from large datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with relational databases or data warehouse environments (e.g., SQL, Snowflake)

  • Previous Disney Theme Parks and Resorts experience.

  • Experience with IBM Tririga/MREF

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field is preferred
