Shift Details: This facility works 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work any shift, as well as daily or weekend overtime as required.

3rd shift: 11PM - 7AM

2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM
Starting Wage Range: $22.58/hr with potential for increases after probationary period is completed
- First 3 weeks will be on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for orientation, safety, quality, and OJT (On-the-Job Training). New hires will have direct access to leadership for questions and support.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work safely, comply with all safety rules.

Inspect. Identify, and correct quality concerns.

Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16" measurement, do basic math, and some computer skills).

Ability to learn and apply job related skills.
What You Need to Succeed:

Strong communication and listening skills.

Ability to lift, push/pull >50lbs; navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8 or more hours.

Ability to work a standard 8 hour shift up to six days a week with the flexibility of working over-time during the week to cover open positions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
