We are seeking a Principal Program Advisor who will support HQDA DCS G-2. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on joint exploitation, dissemination, and multi-discipline collection management. You will have the opportunity to advise ASCC, Corps, and Division Collection Managers and integrate lessons from global operations into scalable Army collection workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on modernization of Collection Management doctrine and targeting support

  • Develop automated A&E strategies across Joint and allied networks.

  • Capture and share best practices for ISR automated workflows.

  • Integrate diverse sensors and compartmented capabilities into unified workflows.

  • Enhance synchronization across multidomain sensing.

  • Coordinate with the Intelligence Community (IC) to expand Army access to shared systems and professionalize orchestration practices.

  • Provide strategic planning and operational synchronization support to senior leadership.

Required

  • BS or BA Degree in a related field

  • 15+ years of experience in Army and Joint collection management, tactical and theater-level intelligence operations, and ISR synchronization.

  • Experience at the Combatant Command (COCOM) or Theater Army level managing multi-discipline intelligence operations (GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT).

  • Operational understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and direct experience integrating tactical Army systems into collection workflows.

  • Expert knowledge of target development, the Army targeting framework, HPTL/HVTL methodologies, and automated sensor workflows.

  • Experience preparing and briefing Army and Joint senior leaders on intelligence workflows and products.

  • Must have an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
