Job Duties

Under general supervision, coordinates department wide initiatives to improve the effectiveness of services. Develops and coordinates strategic priorities using research and data analysis. Designs and implements staff training. Monitors performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, and facilitates continuous quality assurance. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Minimum Education Required

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of full-time paid experience in a similar position as listed in work functions.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, (3) years of full-time paid experience in a similar position as listed in work functions.

Combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of full-time paid experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.

Minimum Experience Required

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of full-time paid experience in a similar position as listed in work functions.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, (3) years of full-time paid experience in a similar position as listed in work functions.
