Its anticipated grant cycle will run from January 2027- March 2028. This position will also manage additional early childhood projects and federal grants within CDD, as required. Responsibilities vary by initiative, but typically involve coordinating the efforts of some combination of context experts, external partners, and stakeholder groups to strengthen the state's early childhood systems. Desired qualifications include: Grant management experience\ Grant reporting experience, with a preference for reporting on federal grants\ Project management experience\ Change management experience\ Evidence of effective communication and collaboration skills, including when working with partners across a diverse set of institutions \ Experience managing and tracking program budgets\ \ This position will perform their duties under the general direction of CDD's Director of Policy and Planning.
