Full job description
POSITION DUTIES: Perform year-round maintenance of grounds at client jobsites. Dig holes and plant trees, plants, shrubs, and perennials. Move and grade soil as needed. Lay sod and install landscape material. Assist installing irrigation systems, building retaining walls, seeding, and installing erosion control logs, blankets, and silt fences. Perform snow removal. Perform brick paving. Perform sprinklers maintenance. Grade and hydroseed yards. Operate lawn mowers, wheelbarrows, skid steers, and trimmers. Service, maintain, and operate work vehicles and equipment. Perform general year-round shop maintenance. Must engage in short-term travel approximately 10% of the time to various unanticipated client sites in Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Broomfield, Adams, Weld, Morgan, and Larimer counties, with no relocation required. Work is performed year-round at employer's worksite address and various unanticipated client sites in Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Broomfield, Adams, Weld, Morgan, and Larimer counties. Multiple openings. **LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT: **1101 E 64th Ave, Denver, CO 80229.
