Privacy Program Manager

Help shape how privacy is governed across our digital environment.

Join the Enterprise Privacy Office as a Privacy Program Manager and help turn enterprise privacy goals into practical action. Reporting to the Chief Privacy Counsel and working under the direction of cross-functional leadership, you will manage the program, governance and platforms used to monitor, assess, and govern online privacy technologies across our websites and mobile applications.

You will bring teams together, advance strategic initiatives, and turn platform capabilities and privacy requirements into clear decisions, controls, and measurable results. This role is a strong fit for someone who can advance governance, communicate clearly, and build trusted partnerships across privacy, legal, information security, engineering, product, marketing, procurement, and business teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Turn the goals and priorities set by privacy leadership into clear roadmaps, milestones, resources, budgets, and measures of success.

  • Manage the governance and day-to-day operation of online privacy technology platforms, including onboarding, configuration, access, integrations, releases, and vendor support.

  • Maintain clear decision rights, intake and priority processes, committee forums, issue resolution, exceptions, and escalation paths.

  • Turn platform findings into assigned actions, remove barriers, confirm updates, and manage potential risks.

  • Keep a current view of covered websites and mobile applications, owners, platform status, open issues, and dependencies.

  • Use technical evidence, privacy requirements, business context, and consumer impact to support practical decisions and controls.

  • Support and participate in privacy impact assessments for new and changing online privacy technologies.

  • Provide clear reporting on program progress, platform coverage, findings, aging, exceptions, control performance, and resource needs.

  • Manage platform providers, product roadmaps, support, licensing, contracts, budgets, deliverables, and performance.

  • Improve the program by simplifying work, strengthening data quality, automating repeatable tasks, and embedding privacy into digital initiatives.

  • Support incident response by preserving platform evidence and coordinating timely assessment with privacy, legal, security, and application teams.

What you need to do the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • At least 7+ of experience leading complex privacy, technology, security, compliance, digital, or enterprise programs.

  • Experience managing enterprise platforms through implementation, governance, integration, and ongoing operations.

  • Strong program management and governance skills, including roadmaps, risks, budgets, governance, vendor management, and executive reporting.

  • Ability to understand and explain websites, mobile applications, cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, APIs, consent tools, and related data flows.

  • Ability to work across technical, legal, and business teams, create clarity from ambiguity, and move work from decision to completion.

  • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, facilitation, writing, and presentation skill

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
