Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers while following detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.

• Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.

• Ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of production.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with cGMP.

• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Essential Skills

• Production experience (1 year preferred but not required).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills for completing training modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to follow detailed procedures.

• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Team-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as production workers, assembly workers, warehouse workers, or order pickers.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day with possible overtime. Cleanroom conditions include over 30% humidity and temperatures between 6070°F with ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses, and no makeup or jewelry. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Use PPE and understand chemical hygiene, including disinfectants and solvents. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
