Supervise operational duties of parking compliance enforcement staff. Ensure personnel are scheduled and dispatched to enforce parking and vehicle regulations campus wide.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of proven parking industry experience is highly preferred.
- Any additional certification, training, education in industry related category is highly preferred.
- Experienced in extended outdoor working conditions, including foot patrols in parking lots and garages, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to provide clear instructions, explain policies, and document incidents or violations.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with parking management systems, ticketing software, and electronic payment systems.
