Position Summary...
As a Manager, MTM & Clinical Pharmacy Operations, you will drive the development, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of programs that advance clinical excellence, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and business performance. This role combines hands-on clinical pharmacy expertise with strategic operations leadership using data and quality metrics to prioritize interventions, improve workflows, and scale pharmacist-led services and innovative care models.

Our team of Resolution Specialists supports the execution of Medication Therapy Management and other clinical pharmacy programs. The team connects patients, pharmacy teams, and clinical opportunities by removing barriers, supporting engagement, and driving quality execution. Together, we help improve patient outcomes and expand the impact of pharmacist-led care.
What you'll do...
What You’ll Do:

Lead Medication Therapy Management, medication adherence, population health, and quality improvement programs from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization.

Analyze program performance, trends, outcome measures, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.

Support the design, implementation, and scaling of pharmacist-led clinical services, patient engagement programs, and innovative care delivery models.

Lead change management related to clinical innovation, technology adoption, workflow redesign, and evolving healthcare priorities.

Ensure clinical activities, interventions, and documentation comply with regulatory, accreditation, payer, privacy, and company requirements.

Partner with Health & Wellness Operations, Clinical Services, Population Health, Quality, Finance, and Pharmacy leadership teams to advance strategic initiatives.

Execute company clinical programs, wellness initiatives, immunization services, and pharmacy transformation priorities in supported locations.
What You’ll Bring:
-
PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
-
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.

Completion of ACPE-accredited Immunization Certification program
-
1+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
-
Expertise in MTM, medication adherence, population health, and quality improvement program execution.

Ability to use clinical analytics, quality metrics, population health data, and business insights to drive prioritization and performance improvement.

Demonstrated strength in cross-functional partnership, stakeholder influence, and change management.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $185,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Active Pharmacist License in good standing.
Ability to obtain and maintain additional state pharmacist licenses as required.
Completion of an ACPE-accredited Immunization Certification Program.
1 year's supervisory or leadership experience.
3 years' experience in healthcare, pharmacy, clinical services, population health, or a related field.
Experience delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) or pharmacist-led clinical interventions.
