Day to Day

Your role as a Business Strategist is about actively steering where our sales org goes next. You’ll own our pipeline truth and performance benchmarks from end to end, teaming up with Product and Finance to diagnose what’s working and fix what isn’t. We don’t just want someone to report what happened last quarter; we want the person who digs into the data, spots the commercial levers everyone else missed, and rallies leadership around the playbook to capture them.

Your days will be spent untangling messy revenue problems, sizing growth opportunities, and turning complex analyses into crisp game plans for our sales leaders. It’s high-autonomy, fast-paced problem-solving where your models translate directly into real-world business moves—all while driving a global mission that genuinely impacts people’s livelihoods.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational and data challenges, ensuring clear communication to business partners, effective resolution with partner teams and sustainable root cause analysis

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges

  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) to create actionable reports

  • Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and a solid commercial/business insight

  • Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements
