Job Description
OPENTEXT - THE INFORMATION COMPANY
OpenText is a global leader in information management, where innovation, creativity, and collaboration are the key components of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the most highly regarded companies in the world, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.
AI-First. Future-Driven. Human-Centered.
At OpenText, AI is at the heart of everything we do-powering innovation, transforming work, and empowering digital knowledge workers. We are hiring talent AI can't replace to help us shape the future of information management. Join us.
Your Impact:
OpenText Application Delivery Management (ADM) helps regulated enterprises - banks, insurers, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies - govern how software gets planned, built, tested and delivered. The portfolio includes our Core Software Delivery Platform, testing and quality tools, project and portfolio management, and our Software Delivery Aviator, the engine behind our Agentic AI solutions across the portfolio.
AI agents now write code, run tests and push to production, often without an auditable trail. We don't compete with AI coding tools; we govern them, adding the validation, traceability and evidence that make their output safe to ship and defensible to regulators. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll turn that point of view into the messaging, content and sales tools that win executive conversations.
What The Role Offers:
Own messaging and positioning, including value propositions for CIOs, engineering and QA leaders, and compliance owners.
Weave regulatory proof points into that messaging rather than treating compliance as a separate feature.
Track competitors, regulation and analyst research, and brief industry analysts on ADM.
Write white papers, solution briefs, web copy and executive point-of-view pieces, and turn customer wins into proof points.
Brief industry analysts and influencers so they understand ADM's platform breadth and compliance depth.
Equip sales teams with pitch decks, battlecards, discovery guides and ROI models, and present at webinars, customer events and sales kickoffs.
What You Need to Succeed:
Senior-level B2B software product marketing experience (typically 7+ years), including launches and sales plays that generated enterprise pipeline.
Experience marketing DevOps, software testing or other developer-facing products, and a working understanding of how AI is changing software delivery.
The ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive buyers.
Strong writing across formats, from executive point-of-view pieces to crisp battlecard copy.
Experience presenting to executives, analysts and sales teams, in person and virtually.
Proven cross-functional skills with Product Management, Sales, Solution Consulting, Demand Generation, and analyst relations.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience marketing to regulated industries such as financial services, life sciences or the public sector.
A hands-on background in software development, QA or performance engineering.
Why This Role Matters:
The market just moved in our favor. Agentic AI created a governance gap, regulation made closing it non-discretionary, and CIOs are consolidating away from fragmented toolchains. The ADM market is about $25 billion today and projected to reach nearly $53 billion by 2029.
OpenText has the platform breadth, compliance pedigree, and installed base to win. The only variable is how fast we execute. You'll be at the center of that-shaping the story that makes OpenText the name enterprises trust to govern AI-driven delivery.
