We're looking for an experienced Vice President - Commercial Banking to develop and grow profitable commercial banking relationships by delivering exceptional client service, providing thoughtful financial solutions, and building new business within the market. In this role, you'll manage an established portfolio of commercial clients while also developing new loan and deposit relationships through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement. You'll serve as a trusted financial partner to your clients, identifying opportunities to support their businesses while connecting them with additional resources and expertise across the Bank. In This Role, You Will: Manage and grow commercial banking relationships Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, providing responsive, relationship-focused service. Build a strong understanding of each client's business, financial position, and goals through regular communication and in-person visits. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional banking products and services. Monitor loan performance, financial statements, collateral, loan agreements, and risk ratings to maintain strong credit quality. Partner with Credit Analysts to evaluate financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and overall creditworthiness. Lead the presentation of loan requests to Credit Officers or Loan Committee. Collaborate with Commercial Loan Specialists and other partners to provide timely, seamless service to clients. Maintain accurate and complete loan documentation and files in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
