We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a growing team focused on expanding their AP operations in Tampa. This role is essential in processing a high volume of invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices using a 3-way match system and analyze them for discrepancies or errors.

• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, taking responsibility for reporting and serving as a backup for processing tasks.

• Assist vendors with invoicing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

• Set up new vendors in the system as required.

• Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Over 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience with mid to large-sized corporations.

• Proficiency in AP reporting and analytics.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes.

• Experience with SAP or other large software systems like Oracle or Peoplesoft.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, and goods receipt.

• Experience with Power BI is a strong preference.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional office environment located in Tampa. The role requires full-time on-site presence with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. Initially, training will be conducted fully in office for five days a week, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
